General description of Open Gov Data situation

We are currently in the forming and storming phase, mainly driven by Semantic Web enthusiasts (advocating for publishing Open Gov Data based on Linked Open Data principles).

We will organize the upcoming Semantic Web Meetup Vienna (April 2010) in the context of Open Gov Linked Data to show relevant use cases and demo to key people. Stay tuned!
